About Jay’s Smokin Kitchen
We are a family owned, faith centered, catering business with over 20 years of professional experience in the culinary and hospitality industry.
My wife and I are both graduates from the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill college in Philadelphia, Pa.
We’ve spent many years working across different venues and event settings. We cater for drop-off catering and specialize in full service events. We’ve catered gatherings as small as 25 guests and as large as 700 guests.
Our experience includes church conferences, luncheons, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings and Quinceañeras.
We are comfortable working with a wide range of budgets and dietary needs including gluten-free menus.
